Job Description:
SKF is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and technical issues - Process orders accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements: - Driven and independent individual who can work effectively from a remote location - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
