Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job description:


Camfil, a global leader in air filtration solutions, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support and account management, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer support or account management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and strong planning skills - Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
