Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Peltarion, a cutting-edge technology company based in Göteborg, Sweden, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a customer support or related role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer support process and streamline operations - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Train and mentor new team members to provide exceptional support to customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Experience in a customer support or related role for at least 6 years - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing a team - Ability to work remotely and effectively collaborate with a geographically dispersed team - Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred)
