Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Polestar is looking for a skilled Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time position with the possibility for growth, this role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency - Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to optimize the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve complex issues - Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends and best practices - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
