Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


ASSA ABLOY is seeking a confident and hardworking Customer Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Manage and mentor a team of customer support representatives - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present reports on customer support performance to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer support management - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
