Job Description:
Natural Cycles, a leading fertility tracking app, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our users receive top-notch assistance with any questions or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. 3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner. 5. Analyze customer support data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to address customer feedback and improve product offerings. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. 5. Strong leadership and team-building skills. 6. Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7. Adaptability and cooperation in a fast-paced, changing environment.
