Job Description:
The Volvo Group is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that they provide excellent service to our customers. You will develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing training and guidance as needed - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong analytical skills and the ability to persuade others - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
