Trustly is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to work from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field, at a mid-to-senior level.
As a Customer Support Manager at Trustly, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer support team, handling escalated customer issues, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and training and mentoring team members.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking, with excellent research and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
