Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team at Scania, a leading automotive company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a mid-to-senior level of seniority and possess the following personality traits: adaptable and independent.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Attention to detail and emotional intelligence - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
