Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Skanska is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of success in managing customer relationships.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and coaching as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. 4. Monitor key performance metrics and develop action plans to address any issues. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 7. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on customer support performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Adaptability and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
