Remote Customer Support Officer

Natural Cycles, a leading digital health company based in Göteborg, SE, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our product and services to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer support.
