Job Description - Customer Support Officer

The Customer Support Officer at ASSA ABLOY in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and supporting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends 7. Assist with order processing and tracking 8. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 3. Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work well in a team environment 6. Strong presentation skills 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. Prior experience in the security industry is a plus
