Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

SKF, a leading industrial technology company, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Effective time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience working in a customer support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
