Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Acast is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement - Assist with customer onboarding and training - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates

Requirements: - 3 years of customer support experience - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving abilities
