Job Description - Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at J.Lindeberg, located in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and effective manner. 3. Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4.
