Remote Customer Support Representative

Essity is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. This role will require a confident and dedicated individual with excellent negotiation and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
