Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Skanska, a leading construction and development company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels


Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
