Responsibilities: - Providing timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
