Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Thule Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and proactive manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - At least 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Energetic personality with a resourceful mindset - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team environment
