Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Thule Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Resilient and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
