Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cint. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and assist with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Assisting customers with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
