Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Northvolt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will require you to work remotely, assisting customers with their queries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member. 3. Enter accurate and detailed customer information into the database. 4. Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the team lead. 8. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language. 3. Adaptable and motivated individual who can thrive in a remote work environment. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 7. Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs proactively.
