Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Zound Industries is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support. The successful candidate will be motivated, adaptable, possess excellent people management skills, and have a creative mindset.


Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service operations


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Motivated and adaptable team player with a passion for customer service - People management skills and creativity are highly desirable
