Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Trustly, a leading financial technology company based in Uppsala, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for motivated and driven individuals who possess creativity and exceptional communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 5. Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for customers 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer support experience 7. Continuously strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions


Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment 4. High school diploma or equivalent 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software 6. Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
