Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Starbreeze Studios in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues effectively - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Resourceful and able to work independently to solve problems - Analytical mindset and ability to adapt to different situations - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in English and Swedish is required
