Job Description:

Einride is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience required, we are looking for adaptable and reliable individuals with strong emotional intelligence and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records and provide detailed reports on customer interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must be adaptable and able to work well under pressure
