Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


LeoVegas is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building rapport and trust - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions


Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
