Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cint, a leading global provider of market research software and services. This is a part-time position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical support related to our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Meet or exceed customer service and sales targets on a regular basis - Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a remote or virtual environment - Strong persuasion and planning skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Familiarity with market research software and services is a plus
