Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: DICE is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - 3 years of customer support experience - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently - Excellent research skills to effectively solve customer issues - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
