Job Description:
Mindler is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account management. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and empathetic manner. 4.
