Job Description:


Mindler is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account management. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and empathetic manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document and track customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Resilient and dedicated with a positive attitude. 4. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 5. Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home. 6. Reliable internet connection and computer equipment. 7. Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and evenings.
