Job Description:
As a Live Chat Assistant at Haglöfs, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, product inquiries, or general questions about our brand and products. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our customers, helping to build brand loyalty and drive sales.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and exchanging products - Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Hardworking and driven with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
