Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Saab Group is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. You will interact with customers in real-time, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and hardworking personality - Project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - No previous experience required, training will be provided
