Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Mips, a cutting-edge technology company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers - Collect and document customer feedback for analysis - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual who can work independently - Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills - Proficient in written communication with a strong command of the English language - Comfortable using live chat software and familiar with basic customer service practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
