Job Description:
Tobii Technology is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will work from home to provide excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with problem-solving. - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. - Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Previous experience with live chat or similar customer service platforms is a plus. - Must be dedicated and resourceful in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
