Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Storytel is seeking a driven and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Assist in training new team members as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
