Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Exeger is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and a strong work ethic. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while assisting customers - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Cooperation and communication soft skills
