Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Storytel is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Stockholm. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers to provide support and assistance in a timely and professional manner - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Use emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and provide insights for improving the customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for handling customer inquiries - Meet performance goals and metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
