Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Sandvik is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide accurate and timely information about our products and services - Assist customers with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have regarding their orders or accounts - Conduct research to provide customers with in-depth product information and recommendations - Use creativity to problem solve and find innovative solutions to customer issues - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with a passion for customer service - Strong research skills to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Creativity to help find unique solutions to customer issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
