Job Description:
QlikTech International is seeking a passionate and energetic Live Chat Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position. The Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure excellent customer service - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize chat performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales, to align chat operations with overall business objectives - Develop and maintain chat scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all chat interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service to provide innovative solutions and enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in managing live chat platforms and leading a team of chat agents - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
