Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Saab Group is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and be confident, reliable, and possess strong strategic planning and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure quality service delivery - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in live chat management or a related field - Confident and reliable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and research abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and live chat software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
