Job Description - Live Chat Manager

The Live Chat Manager at Natural Cycles will be responsible for overseeing the live chat customer service operations of the company. This role requires a highly motivated and dedicated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat performance, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of live chat agents - Monitor live chat performance and provide feedback to agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Analyze data and generate reports on live chat performance - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Creativity in problem-solving and developing strategies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat software - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
