Job Description:
Acast is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional support to our global customer base.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service - Develop and implement best practices for live chat communication to enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat management - Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven experience in leading and developing a team of customer service agents - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment - Driven and results-oriented mindset - Experience with live chat software and CRM platforms - Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
