Job Description - Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Storytel is seeking a talented Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a part-time employee at the Mid-to-Senior Level with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat customer service operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote live chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service and timely responses to inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through the live chat channel - Monitor and analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Create and maintain training materials for live chat agents - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in live chat customer service


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead a team of remote employees - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset - Passionate and energetic personality traits - Strategic planning and creativity soft skills - Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service tools
