Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Ericsson is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing live chat operations to ensure efficient and timely customer support - Monitoring chat performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed - Training and coaching chat agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborating with other departments to optimize chat processes and strategies - Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Developing and implementing chat scripts and guidelines for agents to follow - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with a remote team - Creative problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions - Previous experience in live chat management or customer support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for chat management - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
