Job Description:
Scania, a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles and engines, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all live chat interactions with customers on our website.
Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat function on our website, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and implement chat strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. - Monitor chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the overall customer experience. - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they are providing high-quality support to customers. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to optimize the chat experience for customers. - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in live chat customer service.
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in live chat support. - Highly motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Visa sponsorship required for non-local applicants.
