Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Acast is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and support to customers with product-related questions or issues - Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail - Leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
