Job Description:
Skanska is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide excellent customer service and support - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize resources to find creative solutions to customer problems - Make informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction - Lead conversations with customers to guide them through the purchasing process - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet team goals
Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent decision-making skills - Strong leadership abilities to guide customers through interactions - Previous experience in a customer service or similar role for at least 3 years - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
