Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

LightAir is looking for a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, and possess strong teamwork and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time customer support through live chat - Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail
