Job Description:

Cellink, a leading biotechnology company based in Uppsala, is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to promote Cellink products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - A resilient and hardworking attitude - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think critically - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
