Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description: QlikTech International is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize creativity and persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills - Demonstrated creativity and persuasive abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
